Return Policy

At Buildprotex, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality waterproofing and construction chemical products that meet industry standards. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery by providing your order details and clear photographs of the product.

Products are eligible for replacement only if they are received in a damaged condition, are defective, or differ from the item ordered. Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all labels intact. Due to the nature of construction chemicals, opened, partially used, or improperly stored products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once we receive and inspect your request, our team will verify the issue and process an eligible replacement or refund in accordance with our policy. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within the applicable processing period.

For order cancellations, requests must be submitted before the product is dispatched. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
